ABOUT ME
A clinician shaped by curiosity and collaboration
I'm Caitie.
I'm completing my MSW at Alliant University and graduating in August 2026, with practicum experience in community mental health and school-based settings. Across all those settings, what has remained constant is my belief that every person deserves care that sees them fully, including their history, culture, strengths, and goals.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in slowing down, listening carefully, and building a space where real work can happen.
Outside of clinical work, I've spent over 13 years in marketing departments at tech startups, which has made me a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and committed to supporting people. It's all connected.
I'm currently seeking a role in a private practice setting in Southern California where I can complete the hours required for full LCSW licensure.
If you're a private practice supervisor or group practice looking to bring on an associate-level clinician, I'd love to chat!
My Core Values
Social Justice
Grounded in the NASW Code of Ethics and a commitment to equity and the dignity of every person.
Authenticity
Showing up as a whole person in the room, not just a clinician executing a technique.
Collaborative Practice
Therapy works best when clients are genuine partners in the process.
Structural Awareness
Context matters; the broader forces shaping a person's life are always part of the clinical picture.
